At Knowunity, we strive to create a safe and respectful environment for all users. If you encounter a user or content that violates our community guidelines, we encourage you to take action by reporting it. Below, we outline the steps to report a user or content effectively.
Steps to Report Content or a User
- Identify the Content or User:
Locate the specific message, post, or user profile that you wish to report.
- Click on the Flag Option:
You will find a flag icon next to the content or user profile. Click on this icon to initiate the reporting process.
- Provide Details:
A window will pop up asking you to provide more information regarding your report. Please include:
- The reason for your report
- Any specific details that could help us understand the situation better
- Submit Your Report:
Once you have filled out the necessary information, click on the 'Submit' button. Your report will be sent to our moderation team for review.
Contacting Us via Support
If you prefer to provide more detailed information or if the issue is urgent, you can also reach out to us via our Support Portal. Please include the following in your ticket:
- Your username
- A detailed description of the content or user you are reporting
- Any screenshots or additional information that may assist us
